  Qualifications: Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA)(UK), member of Financial Planning Association of Malaysia, CFP ^{CERT TM}. 
  Experience: He has more than 30 years experience in stock broking, asset management and unit trusts. Mr Wong is currently on the board of the Federation of Investment Managers Malaysia, FIMM.

• Edward Iskandar Toh

  (Non-Independent Director, Executive Director/Chief Investment Officer) 
Qualifications: Bachelor of Business Studies degree (Curtin University, Australia), member of Financial Planning Association of Malaysia, CFP ^{CERT TM}.
Experience: He has over 30 years of experience in the fixed income markets.

  Manager, Investment
Qualifications: Bachelor of Commerce and Administration (Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand)
Experience: She has more than 25 years experience in stock broking, asset management and unit trusts.

• Thong Lai Kuan

  Compliance Officer
Qualifications: Associate Member of The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ACIS).
Experience: She has more than 10 years of experience in compliance and more than 20 years of experience in banking and asset management industry.
