Head of Sales and Marketing 

  • Responsibilities:

  • He / She will leads and responsible for the sales team as head; the key person in attaining new businesses, managing existing portfolios, increasing revenues and retaining and developing strong clients’ relationships.
  • Lead the team to achieve sales target, objectives and productivity goals.
  • Identify potential clients, lead generating opportunities.
  • Assist in planning, organising and implementation of sales programmes to meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets assigned.
  • Participate in presentations and meetings as and when required. 
  • Motivating the team members with guidance, coaching and mentoring.
  • Maintain reporting on individual and team performance against plan on daily/weekly/monthly basis. 
  • Key involvement in recruitment process inclusive of assessing candidates at staff selection and placement on the panel at face-to-face interviews. 
  • Assisting the management team in developing and delivery of staff induction as well ongoing training. 
  • Dealing with customer escalations and ensuring prompt resolution. 
  • Experience in implementing business plan and sales strategy. 
  • Requirements

  • Preferable a Degree in Marketing/Business Studies or equivalent.
  • At least with 5 years sales management experience in managing sales team for financial products. 
  • Good networking /clientele base is an advantage.
  • Ability to recruit, coaching; and sales team trainings and development. 
  • Major key account sales experiences with proven track records.
  • Leadership qualities, self-motivated, independent and a good team player.
  • Good interpersonal, managerial and organization skills. 
  • Excellent in communication skills, confident and articulate. 
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. 

  

Regional Managers - (Nationwide)

Responsible to drive sales from multiple distribution channels through marketing and sales activities. Recruitment, training and coordinate sales and marketing road shows.

  • Requirements

  • Possess relevant licensing qualification with relevant regulators.
  • Preferably with minimum 3 years experience in related industry. 
  • Good networking /clientele base is an advantage.

Personal / Corporate Wealth Managers / Financial Planners

Responsible to actively solicit and drive sales and achieve business KPI. Manages and support clients’ investment portfolio. 

  • Requirements

  • Possess relevant licensing qualification with relevant regulators.
  • Preferably with minimum 3 years experience in related industry. 
  • Good networking /clientele base is an advantage.

Internal Auditor

  • Responsibilities

  • Determine internal audit scope and develop annual audit plans
  • Perform audit including risk management and control management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable guidelines and regulations
  • Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings
  • Document process and prepare audit findings memorandum
  • Conduct follow up audits to monitor management’s interventions
  • Prepare and present reports that reflect audit’s results and document process to the Board of Directors
  • Maintain open communication with management and audit committee
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or other business discipline
  • Preferably with internal audit working experience 
  • Advanced computer skills with MS Office
  • High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
  • Sound independent judgement
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, as well as demonstrate excellent communication skills
     

  

Senior Web Developer / Programmer

  • Job Description

  • Responsibilities include the following; other duties may be assigned as required
  • To analyse, design and develop web application and implementation. Enhanced the existing system for further improvement
  • Research best practices and determine appropriate architecture, and other technical solutions, and make relevant recommendations
  • Communicate to the Project Manager with efficiency and accuracy on any progress or delays
  • Assist in application software maintenance/support and backup.
  • Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology
  • 3 years minimum web programming experience, including .NET, ASP.NET, VB.NET, C#.NET, HTML, XML, Javascript, PHP, Flash
  • Good working experience with relational database systems such as Oracle, MySQL or MSSQL and possess knowledge of MS Windows web server
  • Knowledge of security, desktop application, mobile applications and hardware technical knowledge will be an advantage

  

Executive - CEO office (Corporate Communication / Secretariat) 

  • Responsibilities:

  • Act as both secretariat and corporate communication for Areca to oversees the effort of the team in maintaining and creating a branding image of the company.
  • In charge of investor relations research and materials. Prepare write-ups, press releases, social media content for print, website, electronic and digital channels. 
  • Liaise with analysts, stakeholder, investor and media agents to communicate the company’s strategic directions, campaigns, financial results and key corporate development. 
  • Communicating the Company brand, vision, news and events to the public through strategic and tactical activities. 
  • Handling and organizing events, press conference, interviews and public relations. 
  • Organize and attend Board Committees meeting and prepare/review minutes thereafter. Ensure the decisions made thereof are disseminated to the respective parties and are followed through. 
  • Requirements

  • Degree in Mass Communications, Public Relations, Advertising/Media, Law, Marketing, ICSA or related studies. 
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role with good knowledge in investment products.
  • Outgoing personality with excellent written and communication skills.

  

Office Assistant 

  • Responsibilities:

  • Perform admin clerical work such despatch and run-errand for the company.
  • Perform duty of safe driving the company vehicle as directed  and maintain company car. 
  • Multitasking and able handle other tasks.
  • Adhere to company values and code of conduct. 
  • Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least PMR/SPM qualification with 2 years’ experience.
  • Valid B2 & D driving licences with and clean records.  
  • Preferable those who are familiar with Klang Valley, Petaling Jaya and outstation. 
  • Required languages(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
